My parents are retiring today after putting in over 30 years of service with Indian Railways (mom still has about7 years of service but she wanted to retire with dad). After leading a super active life, it's going to be a struggle to settle into more relaxed and no-hurry days. I am sure they will find ways to fill their hours in a way that life will get differently busy.
